LREIG was built to make it easier for property owners and real estate professionals to bring Louisiana opportunities to a direct buyer and investment group. We focus on understanding the asset, the transaction and the people involved, then determining whether there is a workable path to closing.

What we evaluate

Our interests include residential real estate, rental portfolios, multifamily buildings, commercial properties, hospitality assets, RV parks, mobile home parks, storage facilities and selected land opportunities.

How we work

We value direct communication, confidentiality and realistic deal evaluation. We do not need every opportunity to fit. When a property does fit, our objective is to move efficiently and communicate clearly.
